Observation

1)a) There are hygiene products in the shower in the bathroom, which was not locked or latched in any way to keep it inaccessible to children. There is also a bottle of lotion on the counter where it will be accessible to children. 1)a) There is a shelf of toxic products, including laundry and cleaning products, in the bathroom children will use. The shelf is quite high, but there are climbable surfaces underneath it. Children could climb onto a stool, trash can, and onto the laundry equipment to reach the toxic products. 2)b) The door to the storage shed in the licensed outdoor play area does lock, but there is no key so it cannot currently be locked to prevent child access. 5) Maintenance equipment is stored in the shed, which cannot currently be locked, and there was a mop and mop bucket on the patio in the licensed outdoor play space.
